Thanks to all of you who shared your thoughts with me regarding what you are going to start doing EVERYDAY instead of ONCE IN A WHILE. I will keep it anonymous, but I have to share your thoughts - they are great, and may give someone else inspiration.
- Shave my legs
- Take off my make-up at night
- Hug my kids
- Pray about work stuff
- Eat at least one fresh fruit and veggie
- Turn off TV by 9:30 p.m.
- Read something uplifting
- Do something nice for someone
- Look up - at the sky
- Write a sentence about something I am grateful for
- Use a new word
