There comes a time in our careers when we realize that the technical skills and industry experience we have will only get us so far. Becoming the professionals and people we want to be means growing into effective, resilient and capable leaders.

Research shows that the most impactful leadership development includes a combination of group work and individual work which is why I offer both 1:1 and group engagements. Individual coaching is the ideal space to work through individual leadership challenges and needs. Group work is a great opportunity for leaders to become aligned around what good leadership looks like, which is important for an organization.
